Shipping & Delivery

We ship your orders out as quickly as possible, pack everything with care, and do our best to make sure your stuff gets to you without any hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with Not a Phase.

Order Processing

Orders are usually packed within 1 to 3 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.

Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping starts from $9.95, and Australian orders over $100 receive free shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through Australia Post to over 220 countries.

Currently not shipping to US due to Tarriffs 

Estimated delivery times:

International Express: 3 to 6 business days
International Standard: 6 to 10 business days
International Economy Air: 10 to 15 business days
International Economy Sea: 2 to 3 months

Please note these delivery times are estimates only and customs delays can occur. 

Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch and we will help sort it out.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Please also double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are usually unable to redirect it.
