We offer Afterpay as a payment option to make shopping with Not a Phase more flexible. Here’s what you need to know:

How It Works

  • Pay in 4 equal instalments, every 2 weeks.

  • No interest or fees when you pay on time.

  • Your order ships as normal — no waiting for full payment.

Eligibility

To use Afterpay, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have a valid debit or credit card

  • Live in Australia or New Zealand

  • Meet Afterpay’s approval criteria

Important Info

  • Afterpay is available for orders over $[insert minimum, e.g. 50 AUD].

  • You’ll see the Afterpay option at checkout — just select it and follow the prompts.

  • Payments are managed directly through Afterpay. For payment dates, limits, or issues, visit afterpay.com.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items purchased with Afterpay follow our standard return policy.

  • If a return is approved, refunds are processed through Afterpay. Any instalments already paid will be refunded to your Afterpay account.

  • Not a Phase is not responsible for managing your Afterpay account or payments.
