We understand that sometimes things do not work out, so please read the policy below before placing your order.

As a small batch alternative clothing brand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order though, we will always do our best to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind purchases.

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we will happily help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong size or design
  • An item with a manufacturing fault or print issue

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we will organise a replacement or issue store credit where appropriate. Refunds will only be offered if a replacement item is unavailable.
