How Klarna Works

You’ll have the option to choose Klarna at checkout and can select from:

• Pay in 4 – Split the cost into 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks.

• Pay later – Get up to 30 days to pay (subject to Klarna’s approval).

• Monthly financing – Longer-term payment plans available on higher-value orders.

Klarna availability and payment options may vary based on your location and order total.

Eligibility

To use Klarna, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Have a valid credit or debit card

• Have a billing address in Australia (or another supported country)

• Pass Klarna’s instant eligibility check

All payments and approvals are managed by Klarna — Not a Phase has no control over acceptance or payment schedules.

Returns & Klarna Refunds

• If you return an item, your refund will be processed via Klarna once your return is approved.

• Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly or refund any instalments already paid.

• Your financial agreement remains between you and Klarna — we are unable to manage your Klarna account or payments.
